When you work in a big corporation like SMBC, you will get to work with people coming from different countries and backgrounds.

Being headquartered in Japan, you can imagine that the locals need to work closely with the Japanese, and vice versa.

With such diversity in the workplace, it is important to understand and respect people with different culture and communication style.

In order to minimize conflicts at work, we have produced a series of educational videos with SMBC as part of the training materials for the employees.

There are more than 10 scenarios presented via animated videos, with characters and scenes illustrated to deliver the short stories.

By using animation, the stories are simple to understand and deliver a clear message for the employees to cultivate a positive workplace together.
